Have you ever had so many conflicting emotions or thoughts inside, that you aren’t sure what to do with them? Maybe you’ve tried to avoid them, or shut them down, without long-term success. Perhaps you’ve found temporary ways to manage your life better, but continue to experience feelings of hopelessness or worthlessness. Maybe you’ve succeeded in finding an ideal career or relationship but don’t feel as fulfilled or satisfied as you would like.
There is a solution. When we gather up the courage to work through our past by being vulnerable with another human, we can begin to make changes. This is going to be some of the most challenging work you’ve done in your life, with an incredible payoff. It’s an amazing journey that I would be honored to be a part of.
The typical clients I work with are usually insightful, self-aware, and high-achieving in many areas of life. When so much of life seems to be going “right,” it can feel confusing or frustrating to experience feelings of inadequacy, emptiness, feelings of hopelessness or helplessness, difficulties with emotional regulation/processing, feelings of anxiety, loss of interest in things once enjoyed, feeling “burned out,” sleep disturbance, and/ or difficulties within relationships. I have extensive experience in working with therapists, emergency medicine physicians, and firefighters.
I am independently licensed and currently see clients via telehealth in Arizona, California, Maine, and Virginia at this time. Please mention in which state you’re located, when you reach out.
I work with adults ages 18 and over. I do not work with adolescents, or provide couples or family therapy.

I am both an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant, as well as an EMDRIA-Certified therapist. I am able to provide consultation services for therapists interested in becoming certified in EMDR, as well as provide consultation-of consultation for those who want to begin their Consultant-in-Training (CIT) journey.
