- I provide individual therapy services for adults (ages 18+). I do not provide couples or family therapy.
- I provide consultation services for professionals who are interested in deepening their understanding and practice of EMDR. Please click on this link for more details, including rates for both individual and group consultation.
**Services are primarily provided via telehealth**
Individual therapy
- The cost for an initial intake assessment is $240 (approx 60-80 mins)
- The cost for follow up individual counseling sessions is $160 per therapeutic hour (approx 50 mins)
- The cost for an extended individual therapy session is $240 (approx 80 mins; based on clinical need and appropriateness)
Payment
- I accept cash, check, HSA/FSA and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
- I am considered an out of network provider for insurance, and am able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Please call your insurance provider to find out whether you’re eligible for out of network benefits, and how their reimbursement process works, as this will vary by insurance.
- If you are paying out of pocket and not utilizing out of network benefits (or don’t have any), you have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate for Health Care Items and Services. Cancellation Policy
You will be charged for the full cost of the session if you do not attend your appointment and do not provide me with at least 48 hours notice. There are no exceptions to this policy.
